Guatemalan Charged With Illegal Adoptions
The Associated Press is reporting that the sister of a Guatemalan congressman was charged Wednesday with running an illegal adoption ring from her home after police found nine children there. She claimed that she was watching them while their mother’s were at work but could not tell them where the mother’s worked.
