Florida is launching a new campaign called Explore Adoption. It is aimed at promoting the benefits of domestic, foster care adoption and urges families to consider creating or expanding their families by adopting an order or special needs child.

The thing that bugs me, especially since I’m a FL resident, is that FL adoption law specifically states that men or women who are homosexual may not adopt (regardless of if they are in a homosexual relationship or not).
To me, that’s like unfairly reducing the pool of potential parents for a reason that makes no sense.

Krissi, I agree. These children need love….why should it matter who the person who will give them love is attracted to?
Narrow-minded thinking….
