Before AJ began taking Clonidine to help him sleep and before we even tried Melatonin we purchased a weighted blanket from Southpaw Enterprises. We can’t live without it in our home. We use it every night, on long car trips, and even when he needs to calm down in the afternoons.

On Thursday night AJ had a nightmare. If you have read my sleep posts before you will know that sleep has always been an issue with AJ and that he has ALWAYS had horrific Night Terrors, some of them lasting 45 minutes to an hour.
